AuraGifts creates custom digital gifts, including private apps, memory videos, music apps, and 2.5D games, built around details you provide (names, photos, stories, and preferences).

3. Orders and delivery

After you submit an order, we will contact you within 2 hours to confirm details. Estimated delivery times vary by package and are communicated at the time of order. Delays may occur for highly custom requests, which will be discussed with you in advance.

4. Payment

Pricing for each package is displayed on our website at the time of order and may be updated periodically. Payment terms and accepted methods will be confirmed with you directly during order confirmation.

5. Revisions and satisfaction

We offer a preview before final delivery on eligible packages, and revisions as described for your specific package, so you can confirm the result matches your expectations before it is finalized.

6. Refunds

Because each gift is custom-made for you, refund eligibility depends on how much work has been completed at the time of a cancellation request. Please see our Refund Policy for full details, or contact us directly to discuss your situation.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit content that is illegal, infringes on someone else's rights, or that you do not have permission to use (such as photos of people who haven't consented to appear in your gift).

8. Limitation of liability

AuraGifts provides digital creative services "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages arising from delays, technical issues outside our control, or how a finished gift is received by its intended recipient.
