When you place an order, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, and optionally your Instagram handle and the story or details you share for your custom gift. We also automatically collect basic technical information such as your device type, browser, and approximate location (city/country) to help us serve you and prevent abuse.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to process your order, communicate with you about it (including via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram if you provide that contact), and deliver your finished gift. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data storage

Order information is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure. Access to order data is restricted to authorized administrators of AuraGifts.

5. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, which helps us improve it. Analytics data is anonymized and aggregated; it is not used to identify you personally.
